Payment Terms
Software products developed by Sudaraka Wijesinghe.
Payment is expected to be paid in full:
- After client review and accept demonstration of the product developed according the pre-agreed specification.
and
- Before product is deployed to infrastructure owned by the client.
Software maintenance services.
Payment is expected to be paid in full after the maintenance requirements and/or time period is fulfilled.
Refunds
As the payments are only received by Sudaraka Wijesinghe after the clients acceptance & approval of the provides software product and/or IT services, Refund payouts are NOT accepted in general.
However if an extreme circumstance may occur, client may request a refund given acceptable conditions. If the refund is approved, Sudaraka Wijesinghe will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
